finally did the 2mile WATP video today, and it was great. I truly did feel a difference between the 1 and 2 mile. I also did a hip-hopdance video, so total workout was 1hr 5min. 23.5 miles left for this month.
Way to go Everyone Well, I got back on the treadmill and did a bit slower pace but did a 1/2 mile so that puts be at 3 miles for the day and 18 miles walked for the month.
I have the goal of exercising every day for 21 days! They say that if you do anything for 21 days straight, it becomes a habit. here's to the "new" habit! Today day 6, I did 1 mile WATP, and Tonin Downtown with RS! Yeah!!!! I feel great!!!!!!
