I walked 5 miles yesterday (one with DH and four miles' worth of WATP) so I'm up to 41. I just passed the 1/2 way point to my 80 mile goal.

Good Morning Fellow Walker, or it may be Good AFTERNOON to most. Well I did not quite get in my 3 miles yesterday. Due to having thing to do last night I only got in themorning walk of the 1.5 miles like I had reported. Then this morning had to be at another meeting so only got in1 mile. Plus I have two blisters on my feet (1 on each foot) that really hurts Hopefully this weekend I can make up some lost miles.

Miles walked 31.5
Remaining Miles 43.5

Good Afternoon to All,

Well I lost a pound. I guess that's good. So let's see I walked 4 miles on Wednesday and 3.5 miles yesterday so that puts my balance at 11.5 miles to go. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!! God bless!

Have had a very bad week and let the walking slip!
So today I forced myself and made 3.5 miles.

Has anybody had gallbladder removal? I'm 5 wks post op and still quite bloated and wonder if its the norm?

As much as I wanted to I only got in 1 more mile today so that puts me at 32.5 walked and 42.5 more I hope to get caught up to stay on pace tomorrow.

Well, I just wanted to report that I did actually get a chance to put in more walking time. I was able to walk another 1.5 miles.

Good morning all! I did the Walk Strong Express workout this morning and my legs are starting to remind me how LONG it's been since I did that one! Oh, those squats! I'm almost to my January goal and it's only the 15th! YAY! Hoping to reach it later today or tomorrow. Then it's on to bigger and better things! I may even shoot for 50 by month's end!

Hi

I walked 2 miles today on WATP. Kind of surprising since I woke up with cramps (TOM) and wasn't planning on doing any. But luckily, the discomfort diminished and I got a workout in.

21 miles down 10 more for goal of 31 for January

Good Evening Fellow Walkers

This morning I did one mile before church and this afternoon I got in 2 more miles. I just wish this darn blister on my left heel would go away. I have even tried the special blister bandaids that you can leave on for up to 4 days try the 47 minutes I was on the tread mill. When I took my shoes and socks off it came off too.

Total miles walked 37

Remaing Miles 38
