Good Evening, I am just reporting an update from earlier today. Tonight after dinner of roasted chicken and green beans I walked another 1.5 miles on the treadmill. That puts me up to 26 miles walked for the month with 49 more to go

WOW, I can't believe all you that have walked 5 miles in a day, my feet little size 4.5 feet would be killing me. I definitely commend you that is great

Well it is another new day and I got up early this morning and walked 1.5 miles so that puts me at 27.5 miles walked and 47.5 to go. I plan on walking another 1.5 miles tonights.

I did three miles today - one walking around the neighborhood with hubby and two WATP - so that brings me to 34 for the month. (46 until I get to my goal!)

Have not walked in a few days - with a friend when he had a serious accident so it has caused us some worry - still upset about it all.

Anyway miles walked for January 8 1/2
Goal for January 31 miles
Miles to walk to reach goal 22 1/2

Default MILEAGE for monday

Hi everyone, I haven't checked in since the weekend. I walked 1.5 miles on monday. I haven't walked since. I decided to over do it with the exercise and have a muscle soreness in both of my thighs. I decided to do extra arm and leg workouts and dance aerobic as well. I have 22 miles left for the month. I plan on walking atleast a mile tomorrow. I need to just try and stretch a little longer before and after a workout. Hope to check back in on friday. Happy walking everyone

Hi Fellow Walkers, Well, I did my additional 1.5 miles tonight so that is another 3 miles for the day and puts me up to 29 miles walked for the month and 46 more to go toward goal.

I plan to do another 1.5 miles in the morning but tomorrow night I may not get the other 1.5 miles in because we have plans for the evening

Did 4 miles today - skipped yesterday.

I am very excited because today I jogged part of my 4 miles and did the whole thing in 42 minutes - my fastest time ever!

Just a quick report to say I got in another 1.5 miles this morning so that makes 30.5 miles walked this month and 44.5 more to go. I have been doing the 1.5 in the morening and another 1.5 in the evening but I know that we have plans tonight I will not have time but I will be back at it tomorrow.
