Hi everyone, I haven't checked in since the weekend. I walked 1.5 miles on monday. I haven't walked since. I decided to over do it with the exercise and have a muscle soreness in both of my thighs.

I decided to do extra arm and leg workouts and dance aerobic as well. I have 22 miles left for the month. I plan on walking atleast a mile tomorrow. I need to just try and stretch a little longer before and after a workout.
