This works rather well for motivating me to do something- I often wake up early in the morning before I even have time to think about not having the motivation to work out. That way, the only real struggle is to get out of bed - once that's accomplished I try to do something productive like a workout video, that way I can relax a little the rest of the day. I know on the Lifetime network they air Denise Austin 30 minute workouts I think around 7 a.m., 5 days a week...This really helps get me going & doing more, because after I'm done with my mini workout I'm left feeling that I should do more & I actually have the motivation to do it.
It could work for you- but everyone is different...or if you have some kind of "light" workout video at home that you can start with in the mornings, that way it kind of pumps you up for going to the gym. Hope this helps!
