I need to exercise more. I know this...i tell myself this...but then i come up with excuses as to why i shouldn't do it

I'm sure you've been there. But as i gain more information about weight loss, i'm becoming more and more determined to do what i've been wanting to do for years...lose the chub.
Well, if i had unlimited money and unlimited free time, i'm sure i could join a great gym with my own personal trainer and get this done. But that's very unrealistic for 99% of the population, so i'm coming up with ways to exercise that won't bore me to tears and won't cost another cent. And here's what i've come up with so far:
Fast Walking/Jogging (i live in Florida, so i can do this this time of year

)
Bicycling (already have a cycle, just not using it)
Swimming (might have a wait 2-3 months to be able to do this still)
Rebounding (already have a rebounder, also not using it)
Exercise Videos (have several of these too that i've never stuck to)
Elipticle/Tread Mill/Stationary Bike (my apt complex has a little gym)
What else am i forgetting? I want to switch it up and do something different each day so that i don't get so bored with it. And i also want to see results (obviously). My goal is to be fit by my best friend's wedding in June...do you think that's feasible? Wish me luck!!
