Level 1 Day 1 complete. I am starting from scratch. Technically I should be starting Level 2 today however, due to not following a healthy diet and not being consistent with the 30DS, I am forcing myself to start from the beginning. Is anyone else still doing the 30DS?
I was doing level 1 of 30ds finished first 10 days then flaked out like a big girls blouse during my TOM, soooo i'm starting again and will try to do it ten days straight and finally get to level 2! I started with light weights as i just couldnt manage the 5lb ones, did you go straight to the 5lbs?
I originally started using 3 lbs but within 1 week I realized they were too light so I switch to 5 lbs. Sunday I will start Level 2 and I think I am going to up my weights to either 8 or 10 lbs, have not decided yet. Good luck. I was checking in here daily but I've become so busy that I kind of forgot. Today I will be Level 1 Day 8! 2 more days to go then I am out of Level 1,
I also wanted to add that the 5 lbs weights may seem impossible now but trust me, once you push through the pain and soreness, it will be worth it. That was originally why I did not use the 5 lbs because it killed my arms, but after the first week, the soreness pretty much went away.
Morning all. Let me start by saying I'm almost 40, bigger than most of you, and never exercised a day in my life.
After reading the 30 day shred threads yestarday I became inspired so after work I went and bought a couple of 3 pound weights went home and completed Level 1 Day 1. It was very hard but I got through it. I'll do day 2 when I get off work tonight. I actually don't feel that sore today which makes me worry I'm not doing it right but I will continue on.

@mygirlvj, don't be worried that you are not sore. The only soreness I really experience was my arms, however, the rest of my body has never been sore but I can tell I am losing weight, so the 30DS is working, lol. Level 1 Day 9 completed today. Tomorrow will be my last day of Level 1 of the 30DS. I am hoping by the end of Level 3 I will start to see my abs, when I suck in, I can feel that they are hard, but I still have a bit of a ways to go.
Level 1 day 2 completed. I did a little better than yesterday and expect to do better tomorrow. Feeling it a little more tonight than I was yesterday.
That monster in my picture is making it very difficult though every time I lay down to do floor stuff I have a tongue up my nose and 10 extra pounds sitting on my chest. And boy does he enjoying licking all that sweat off his mommies face.
