I haven't thought about what Jillian to do next. I'll be on vacation then my kids will be visiting, so we're going to join the Y and take classes--great bonding experience! amid all the sweat!
Is burn fat boost metabolism good?
Today I did L3D3. I like it! I try to the first set with the hard girl (I forgot her name) and usually do the second set with Anita. I hope by the end I can do all the hard one, but who knows.
Level 1 Day 6! I only had to stop like 3 times, but it was not to catch my breath, it was for a water break. I also completed Day 1 of the Killer Buns and thighs, it's definitely a workout. I am alternating the Killer Buns and Thighs and decided on the 6 week 6 pack abs DVD instead of the killer abs, I found that the Killer abs DVD was awkward and she went really fast through the DVD. I am going to stay an extra week on Level 1.
Level 1 Day 7 complete. It was a lot easier today however I did get 6 minutes into the 6 week 6 pack abs and had to shut that off, it was way too much today. On a normal day I could've have done it but for some reason today my body just wasn't feeling another 30 minute work out on top of the 30DS.
No shredding for me today. Yesterday I felt so tired I could barely complete it so I am taking a rest today. And hopefully tomorrow I can go at it again.

I fell off the exercise bangwagon so to speak the last 5 days. I no they say you should alternate your days off but I really haven't had any motivation to workout. I am going to go at it hard tomorrow, gym, 30 DS and butt and thighs DVD.
Alright Level 1 Day 8 completed. I really feel like I should start at Day 1 again and to it all over because I have taken several days off lately, but I can tell my endurance has got a lot better. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures, . As soon as I complete Day 10, I am going to do an additional week of level 1.

I have been doing a lot of spring cleaning and painting so haven't been able to exercise as much as I would like too. I'll head back to my Jazzercise class next week and try to get in 4 classes.
Level 1 Day 9. I think I a just going to focus on completing the 30DS first before I tack on any more exercises with it. Once I fully complete the 30DS, then I will finish the rest of the Jillian Michaels DVDs I have.
