Since RI30 L3 that was so bad (I made it all the way through..poorly) I decided to throw in an extra 20 minutes of 30DS just to make sure I got a sufficient work out.

I'm D.O.N.E.

Good morning

Oh my, what does RI30 L3 do to merit a white flag Gabi ???

I hopped on the scale this morning because I was feeling too good not to. The bleep is gone, plus, I'm chipping away at the next pound. I've been drinking tons of water/tea, so it's not dehydration

I have been having fruit/greens/protein for dinner and that's been good, but I find myself going to bed thinking about breakfast...Like 'I can have breakfast in X hours'.... It's not that I'm hungry, I'm just missing the habit of going to bed on a full stomach I think it's missing the carbs, because I was actually mad at myself last night for not having a stash of bread or muffins. And I haven't had a muffin in, maybe a year (?).....I had plenty of chicken/greens in the fridge but that wasn't what I wanted.

I wake up feeling well, a bit hungry, but I make up an iced coffee concoction and it's not like I have to stuff myself at breakfast - today I had a chicken breast/egg white omelet with herbs and nutritional yeast - so I guess I just have to tough out this strange feeling until my new habit becomes my new norm.

Thanks again for all of the links Philly, they look like fun

Hope you're feeling post-hike bliss today Bunneh.

Have a great day. See you later.....

Exhale, she was hustling me all the way through 30DS, 2 levels into RI30 and then blind-sided me w/ L3 by turning it up 87 notches. I cussed out the tv and went to bed wondering WTH that was all about. She's not joking around anymore.

I do Zumba at 4p.m on Sunday... And I do not get sleep upto 2 a.m.
My husband says it is because of iPad...I am constantly playing games on iPad...decided not to look at iPad after 4p.m

Hi Puneri, Zumba is lots of fun ! What a great way to spend part of Sunday I think Your husband's right about that iPad. But I know how easy it is to spend hours on the computer. Let us know if cutting back on your iPad helps you get better sleep. (Hope it does!)

Puneri, 4pm is still pretty early. Everyone is different, but I've done my workout as late as 7:30pm. Glad to see your post! Stay in touch.

Gabi, LMAO at the white flag. That's how I felt with workout 3 from body revolution. I just kinda stood there, watched the tv and said wth!! My workout 3 is starting next week and what I think I will do is preview and do some of those moves for practice this week so next week I can be a willing participant

exhale, Kudos on the workout! Sounds like you rocked it! I tend to weigh less in the morning with sticking with non-starchy carbs with my dinner. I don't do it everyday, but enough times a week where it makes a difference and my body feel lighter.

Exhale and Bunneh, I found Cathe's Basic Step on youtube. You MUST give it a try. This kind soul also posted Cardio and Weights that I do. The is really a fun workout. Give it a try on the floor. There are some really good videos on that channel so give a look and you may find something you like.

Edit--jessicasmithtv has some really good workouts that she calls Living Room workouts. I saw three that immediately interested me such as Sunset Barefoot Walk, Cardio Barefoot Flow and Sole Sculpt. There are many though so check out her channel on youtube.

Ok, I'll stop posting now...nite all!

ok, one more...This is not youtube, but these yoga videos are beautifully made
Oops...they are on youtube

Very stressful day at work, totally threw me off. I'll do Jillian tomorrow night; at least I was good with food. Goodnight all.

I took a rest day yesterday. I'm still recovering from the hike. And it seems I also need to practice my sunscreen application since apparently I somehow missed the tops of both shoulders.

I'm planning for Walk Away the Pounds today.

Philly I have both those Cathe workouts on a DVD that came with my step. I'm not a big Cathe fan though. She's great, but just not really my style for some reason.

Hello All!

I took a rest day yesterday too, not sure why though. Tonight its back to body revolution workout 1.

Bunneh, I knew that her workouts came with the step years ago and wasn't sure if they were still freebies. Bummer you don't like Cathe, but there are many instructors to choose from. Just curious....What does "Joie de Vivre!!" mean?

Gabi, I hope you are having a better work day today.

Exhale, Did you have that feeling good vibe the whole day?

It's been several days, but I guess that eskielover and mcmurphy have left us

Joie de Vivre is French. Means "joy of life" or "joy of living." (I don't speak any French, I've just heard the phrase many times.) I cross stitched a pattern with the phrase, and one with "Carpe Diem," and hung them in my kitchen.
