Morning everyone.
No upper body today. What I do like about the workout, though, is that I can do the exercises on my own, to my music and 'make a day' out of it. So that's good. Now I'm fortifying with a kale smoothie, and a light English muffin w/a smidge of asiago cheese. Ahhhh
