I went for a 3-1/2 hour hike around a local lake with the dog and a friend. I think I'm good for a few days now LOL My poor knees.
My calorie burner thing says that the hike, at my weight, burnt 2137 calories O_O Hachi machi! I think I'll try to do that every weekend, so long as the weather is good. Next time I'll put the backpack on the dog and carry water with us; didn't know we were going that long and took no water. Talk about dehydration!
