I have lowered my target to 1200 per month now. I have decided that I no longer need to work out as often as I was doing as I am now trying to focus on maintaining. Plus I want to do more things in my spare time than go to the gym - I need to spread my wings more :). Let's just hope I do not suffer from gym withdrawal...:D
