OMG girls!!!! Here I am back after over a week without Internet at work...
I was keeping track over the phone, but it got too old so I just kept my data in a piece of paper and I'll be updating it now and in tomorrow I'll do the math to know where I am at this month...

I have lowered my target to 1200 per month now. I have decided that I no longer need to work out as often as I was doing as I am now trying to focus on maintaining. Plus I want to do more things in my spare time than go to the gym - I need to spread my wings more :). Let's just hope I do not suffer from gym withdrawal...:D

That's GREAT! I can't wait to be in maintenance!:carrot: Please post what workout schedule you eventually end on. I really wouldn't focus too much on amount of time as I would intensity. As you see, I don't workout an enormous amount of time, but after each workout I am literally drenched in sweat! My lifting my not be long, but it's intense and I can lift my body weight 9 times!:o

When I'm at maintenance I DEFINITELY do not plan to workout more than 3 days per week. Uggghhh...I can't wait for that day.:cool:
