this will be my first month, so entering into it gently

2 - 25 minute walk with girls.. not such a success due to DD1 & her constant "slow down I can't keep up" :dizzy:
3 - 35 minute walking on the spot
4 - 40 minute on Wii Fit
5 - 30 minute walking on the spot

I love being able to track my workout minutes! Excellent idea.

My goal for the year will be 1,440/mo = 17,280 for the year (assuming working out for 6 days, 1 hour each day).

1.3.11
Spin class - 50
Strength Training - 20

1.4.11
Walking (3.0mph) - 30

1.5.11
Cardio Workout - 25

1.6.11
Stength Traning - 45
Walking (3.5mph) - 15
Yoga - 20

Total so far: 205

Have plans for the gym tonight, mostly cardio for about an hour - but won't post until I know for sure what I get done! :D
