Today I had a crappy day. I slept most of the day because I felt so tired. It was supposed to be my workout day, but I'll fit it in this weekend instead.
Funny how just losing a few hours of sleep can screw your system right up.
I may try to get out even for half hour walk tonight.

To tell the truth sometimes is hard to believe I do all that too....
But I try just don't think about it... I take one day at time...
and most of the time I like to be at the gym, because it keep me from eating...
so between eating and exercising, I choose the last one as much as I can... When I miss one single day of it I feel terrible!!! I try to go even if it is to take it easy (which never happens when I get there, but it gets me to the gym)...
Wooo - just finished my 2nd round of Zumba for the day. I love this instructor - I used to take her class on Sundays until she had to quit teaching then, so I made it work so I could attend her class tonight, even though I already did a super intense Zumba class earlier today. Glad I did - put me over 1K calories burned for the day!
