I don't know if I'm addicted to the running or the results I get from running. I feel great after I finish. SlimCB I started a walk run interval before I got to running. Currently I'm running a mile and my goal is to run a total of 10 miles for the month of July. I have one mile to go. It doesn't count unless I run the whole mile without a walking break.
What I did was I would run a minute and walk 3 minutes. I listened to my body an increased my run intervals. One day I just started running to see how far I would run. I made it my first mile. I didn't run a mile again until after the 4th of July. I went back to doing intervals. I think you can do it, just take your time. Run one minute intervals for two weeks or until you feel like you can increase it. Then only increase it by 15 seconds. There's no hurry.
