Nantucket, I think you should run wherever you are.
You can increase the speed later.
But because I'm curious about what others are doing, I walk at 3.7 and run at 5.0.
W5D1 for me. That's three five minute runs. It's getting easier!! The first five minutes were, dare I say easy? The second five minutes were a good workout and the third I really didn't want to do.
Just like weight lifting reps!! LOL!
I'm really worried about that 20 minute run on day three of this week. And yet, I'm toying with running 24 minutes so that my 5.0 mph pace will bring me to a full 2 miles.
