Ending October over goal...thanks to being slow at work...
Had a wonderful walk with my wife and dogs to Starbucks...the mutts got a lot of hugs since a group of high school girls were there before a big event at my alma mater. Thank goodness they got a bath last week! So nice we took the bit longer way home past my son's house...he laready had his pumpkin out...carved with big USC letters! Have a great Halloween ladies! 105/75 MILES...yipeee...over goal! |

yesterday, i did for the first time 30day shred, i did level 1, 2 and 3 all in one workout! i'm used to working out for 1 hour cause of p90x, so i thought i would do all 3 levels, but i did the modified version !! and i took breaks though! but it was great, felt like jillian was my personal trainer and i was a contestant on biggest loser haha.
