This was quite a long time coming. I have been working up to being able to dance for an entire hour and I DID IT!!:woohoo:

It makes it that much better because I can share this with everybody on these boards!

 everyone

I've taken the last 5 days off from my workouts as I was out of town. I did do quite a bit of walking though. I think I needed the rest as I was feeling very worn out before I left. The best part is that I came back down 1.5 lbs. Normally, I am lucky if I can maintain when I am away from home. I am rested and ready to get going again. Today I plan on doing 47 mins on my Stairmaster and then a total body weight workout and an ab workout.

I see everyone has been busy with their workouts which is fantastic! Way to go :cheer2: :cheer3:

Have a wonderful day!
