Had a nice 4 mile walk along the beach with my wife and mutts today. Having double hernia surgery tomorrow so I may be out for a few days.

I'm not a member of your group but hope to do it with you all in 2010...I just wanted to stop in and say I am amazed and very proud of those who have actually accomplished 1000+ miles in a year, or who are on track to hit that by the end of the year Keep it up ladies!
