WATP Walk and Jog (2.5 miles in about 30 minutes)

40 minutes running in steep hills...I kicked my own butt, but wanted to get the best workout I could in the limited time I had (I am traveling for business this week, so my normal lunchtime workouts won't do)

20 min. treadmill lots of walking |
20 mins on a stationary bike
10 minutes elliptical (that thing is seriously the spawn of satan) 3km walking Be back tomorrow for check in! |

45 min hill running with strength training breaks (run up a hill, do two sets of squats, run down the hill, do two more sets...find another hill, do two sets of lunges, run down the hill, do two more...etc). LB strength only (tomorrow I'll bring my resistance band out with me and do UB)

1 hour shoulder physical therapy (planned) 1 hour rock climbing (planned) ETA: Scratch the rock climbing, I found out in physical therapy that I pulled a muscle in my left elbow. No rock climbing for at least a week :( |
I got so busy today that I didn't get to the gym:mad:....yet...it is 7pm so there is still time if I can get this editing project done that is. It needs to be done....yesterday!

Yay. This should be fun. 35 minutes walk = 1 1/2 miles
7 minutes run = 1/2 mile - my first time in like 5 years to run (Aiming for 9 minute mile mid June) +30 minutes = crunches and floor exercises |
