Yay, new month! I worked out on 80% of days in April, so that will be the number to beat :D.
Today: 40 min. track (C25K) 10 min. stretching |
Oh! Can I join?? I need accountability! Today I did Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred...roughly 26 minutes of cardio and light weights, with lots of crunches!

I tested waters in my new gym tonight. I haven't done any weights for ages, so I did not want to overdo it since I have a day off tomorrow and want to go again. I did 20 minutes cardio and 25 minutes weights - tomorrow, I will see how sore I am or if I worked hard enough.

5k (HIIT) on the TM 55 min's + 5 cooldown 40 minutes: weights, crunches, pushups, arms, back, Chest, legs, Plank (HATE IT!). 15 minutes Belly Dancing. 5 minutes stretching. |

Amanda, glad you said something. Thought I was losing my mind, since I didn't remember starting the new thread, lol!
Well, the skating thing was wrong. My left knee is even more sore the past 2 days. Going to see about getting a brace for it, maybe dust off the old cane that I use when I pulverize an ankle, and stick with upper body till it's better. Well, as much as possible, anyway. Today, I got in 3 hours of walking/pushing a mower around, and my "upper body" workout was pruning grapevines and trees. Must grab my 6 hours of sleep now...tomorrow's workout: building a deck with my BIL! |

40 minutes running in steep hills...I kicked my own butt, but wanted to get the best workout I could in the limited time I had (I am traveling for business this week, so my normal lunchtime workouts won't do)

1 hour shoulder physical therapy (planned) 1 hour rock climbing (planned) ETA: Scratch the rock climbing, I found out in physical therapy that I pulled a muscle in my left elbow. No rock climbing for at least a week :( |
