Doubt I'll make my goal this month, since the pulled hamstring has forced me to rest for nearly a week... It felt ok on the run today, but I took it at a very slow, easy pace. Hope I'm ok for my 5k next Saturday!

I'll also be surprised if I make my goal as I'm not planning on running too much more this month after Sunday.

Well after three lazy days, I am back with a nice 3.6 miles and that was 1.75 of running, the highest I have posted since I got hurt. Wanted to do anything more than 1.5 to get my confidence back and it worked like a charm!

28.76/40

95 mins lifting

140 min aerobics

Oh I forgot about this thread until just now. I am now at 20.85/40. Better get movin as we are well over the half way poing in the month and I am just a tiny smidge over half way in my mileage. Oh well, there is still time.

Angie and I took the girls for their Starbucks this morning, plus a little side trip to the bank for some cash...man! Starbucks is expensive! But money is no object when it comes to the best water latte's for my "girls"!
