Losingit ~ NOT silly if you don't know! the first number is the miles you have reached so far for the month...the second is the goal number. As you can see the first day of the month I had 5 miles out of my goal for 100...today I add 5 more.

2.25 today which included a 1.5 mile run. I am *finally* getting back into it.

Oh I also am lifting twice a week now, so I will add that as well to see how far I get in that regard!

Today is a day off of running, so I figured I'd try to trick my body and do step aerobics. OMG it's been a year since I have done that and it totally worked different muscles. I think that might be my "off" day exercise of choice now!

So for my records:

2.35 today of which 1.25 was running. Felt okay but the gym was freezing and once I started sweating it was a bad combination. Yuck! Should have stayed home I did however find the other gym on post and it has tennis courts and a pool!
