GREAT picture GATORGAL! What a nice place to spend the day with the "lucky guy"!

Sweet bike ride BAFFLED

After church, the BBQ and shopping I decided to watch football while walking on the treadmill for 3.25 miles, then did 1/2 hour of weights...thought I better start adding or I won't be losing.

HI everyone.

I didn't have a great weekend exercise wise - managing about 5 miles in total over both days, but today I've managed 5 miles.

Feeling a bit better about things today than I was yesterday.

hey all..despite a chotic work day that ran way late...i managed to get my butt and gear and take the mutt for a very fast pace 30 min walk (the mutt has pleny of energy tonight) and then did a 25 min yoga conditioning dvd. I feel great right now. The yoga really helped relieve some tension.
alright everyone..keep up the excellent work.

Well Angie and I walked the dogs 1 1/2 miles then she ran a couple while I did 2.5 on the treadmill then weights for 1/2 hour.

CHRISTINA ~It is OK to be lazy on Sunday when you have been working so hard!

GATORGAL ~ ~ All I can say is Angie usually walks or runs everyday and does yoga several times a week...she bends pretty good for a 47 yr old...wink!

NICOLE ~ So glad you are feeling better..5 miles is awesome. Still snowing there?

No, no snow, Gary, but still very cold mornings -2 degrees Celsius this morning. Just a tad too cold for me!

4 1/2 miles today - I walked to work.

Hey guys,

A 15 mile bike ride isn't as much as it seems. It took an hour and was only moderately intensive. The darn hills are the only real difficulty.

Today: 10 min run to warm up (100)
45 FBWO (350).

Yesterday I did a 50 minutes weight training class, and a hip hop dance class for an hour.

Today I did a one hour kick boxing class
