Not much happening here. Weight is the same as yesterday, but FBG is up to 109. So definitely may have to do a lower carb. May have to go back to MFP to count the carbs. Will have to rethink some things. I like the ideas for changing habits, but have to take into consideration what fits me health situations. However, I won't take all the starchy carbs out of my plan because I seem to need a little bit of it.
Carol Sue, I was looking at that site last night and will do whatever y'all decide, I'm with y'all either way.
Had a phone call. I was reading some posts on there last night that you were on a few years back and liked them. In fact I wish a couple of them were still active.
Shopping today and DH wants KFC. At least we don't always get it so it won't be bad. I already have some veggies in mind to eat with mine. Haven't eaten so hope to make today a 1 meal day.
