I have emailed Mad so we will communicate that way. I'm hoping she will be able to register with xxxxxxxxxxxxx so we can move our thread there. I keep hoping this site will improve but I think they are false hopes.

I was shocked that DH got on the scale in front of me today. He is 214 fully clothed so he has lost. I'm glad. 200 is a good weight for him. He now delays breakfast, thanks to me. Yesterday he did not want potato salad with our cook out. Not big changes but enough for him to lose slowly.

My weight went up a lb today. I didn't think it should but we know that happens for many reasons.

Not much happening here. Weight is the same as yesterday, but FBG is up to 109. So definitely may have to do a lower carb. May have to go back to MFP to count the carbs. Will have to rethink some things. I like the ideas for changing habits, but have to take into consideration what fits me health situations. However, I won't take all the starchy carbs out of my plan because I seem to need a little bit of it.

Carol Sue, I was looking at that site last night and will do whatever y'all decide, I'm with y'all either way.

Had a phone call. I was reading some posts on there last night that you were on a few years back and liked them. In fact I wish a couple of them were still active.

Shopping today and DH wants KFC. At least we don't always get it so it won't be bad. I already have some veggies in mind to eat with mine. Haven't eaten so hope to make today a 1 meal day.

As a monitor, I will still be around the forum and I do read your thread. Everyone else got discouraged by the difficulty navigating the forum. I hope it gets fixed, eventually!
