1 c 2% milk - 120
2 coffee - 100

Snack: 200

Lunch:
peaches - 50
cottage cheese - 80
caff free diet coke - 0

Snack: 310

Supper: taco - 210

Exercise: none today

Water: 64 oz

Total calories: 1215

Exercise: none today

Total calories: 1220

Exercise: 30 minute 2 miles WATP w/2lb weights
July Miles = 32

Total calories: 1005
