Breakfast:
1 crossant - 100
jelly - 50
2 w/splenda & cream - 100

Lunch: (at Logan's Roadhouse)
3 oz filet mignon steak - 250
salad - 200
roll - 300

Supper:
spinach & strawberry salad - 300
caff free diet coke - 0

Exercise: 2 mile (30 minute) walk at 6 pm

Water: 104 oz

Total Calories: 1300

I didn't count the calories today but I will jot down what I put in my mouth

Breakfast: 0

Lunch:
2 pieces fried fish
6 french fries
1 spoon rice w/catfish courtboullion gravy
1 pistellotte roll
1 slice chocolate pie

Supper:

Exercise: 30 minutes walk aerobics tape with handweights

Water: 48 oz
