Ahh...I'm just doing my own thing. I cut out most of my sugar, I rarely eat fast food or fried food, and I try to avoid all processed/salty foods. Sometimes I slip but not often. I also encorporated exercise into this plan so that seems to be helping too....WHEN I do it.

2 coffee w/splenda & cream - 7

Lunch:
chicken wings
green beans - 6
(ate out at the chinese place with mom - it was the best I could do)

Snack:
brocolli & bacon salad - 3

Supper: not hungry
1 oz peanuts - 3

Exercise: *sigh*

Water: 96 oz

Total carbs: 20

Leenie,
I have been making a similar broccoli salad now for about 8 yrs. and I would like to try your recipe as it is much lower in calories and fat, plus using the spenda instead of the either 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar that my recipe calls for. Everytime I make this for a special dinner or take it to a function to share..I have about 1 Tbsp. left in the bowl and then everybody wasnts my recipe. Goes great with ham. I have used Hellman's light mayo instead of regular and it tastes as good. Thanks for sharing!
