Marie - I'm sorry to hear of the health problems. Your recovery is never boring, go ahead and let it out!

I'm doing alright, really concious of my thought pattern and trying not to always think of the worst case scenario or be so hard on myself. I went to a baby shower on Saturday and I got to snuggle the baby a lot... she was so sweet! Things are better at home because hubby has been working a side job, we did a lot of work outside yesterday because it finally stopped raining!

I'm having a HUGE problem motivating myself to work out... what do you guys do to get motivation???

aunty-thanks.....its funny I can make myself workout but i cant motivate myself to clean...once it gets horrible then it drives me to clean....I just put it as part of my everyday schedule and I dont think about it I just do it an no excuses!

Ugh so today is a bad pms day and I usually lay on the couch and do nothing but i have a list a mile long and feel stressed!!!

hello chicks hope you are all well.

Well its happened i turned 30 yesterday i had a little moment crying "OMG iv not achieved anything what am i gonna do" i had to get myself out of that frame of mind, so i went and got my nails done and relaxed.
My dad forgot my birthday and so did most of my family i was pretty peed of with them.
Anyway im ok today catching up with some old friends so should be good.

Auntie Jam - Jealous!!! i love a huggle with a new born, i hoping my sister will have hers soon.

This week I was supposed to go to the doctor. It's a drop in type of thing. I can just show off and I'll probably be seen by the doctor within an hour. Yet, I've avoided it all week. I'm so scared of asking for medication.

I met my birthday today i lost a lb bringing my total to 31lbs lost since november woohooo im so proud of myself xxx

Mom - Cleaning just makes me mad at my husband and step d (because I feel they're not keeping up their end). It's not a rational thought (I don't think) but it is what it is. My biggest problem with cleaning is that once I start I get really OC about it and I usually have to clean everything and it has to be perfect.

Marie - I know how you feel... I get that on every birthday now. Sorry they all forgot your bday that must really suck. I hope your sister is doing alright with the bf situation, he sounds like a real loser.

IO - It can be hard but it's usually a very good thing to do. I know it has helped me hugely.

Ems - Way to go girl! What a great bday gift to give yourself!

Hi to everyone else!! I am using McDonald's free wifi with my laptop cause of Internet problems at home , hopefully that will be resolved soon.

I am still loving summer, still in my element. I am down 2 pounds also, woohooooo.

I'm so sorry I havent' been around much!! first, it was because we had NO internet for week!! gah!! it was torture and I have to admit I come here MUCH more often when I am unhappy...so that is why I am hardly here at all in the summer. Not to rub it in, that I am feeling so good, you know I am one miserable person from November through April, lol!

Maybe I will remember to start an August Chat thread for us tomorrow morning!
