My emotions control my eating habits 24/7! Being able to control portion sizes and making healthy food choices is also tough sometimes, so I'd like to conquer those. WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: The idea that if I don't act now, the only thing that's going to happen is I get bigger and bigger and I find it hard to face the world enough now, so I really can't comprehend gaining. I'm not living life as I should be because of my weight, and knowing what I'm missing out on hurts like ****, and it scares me to think that this could be the rest of my life.
