I'm not the host of this topic, but welcome! I've been doing 1 smilie for all posts. I'd be racking up smilies otherwise. I'm struggling with my water so I'm puting 64oz of water bottles in my mini fridge and requiring myself to open all of them up and drink them. I haven't weighed myself everyday. One thing I've noticed is if I don't get enough sleep, I get a false heavy weight the next morning. I try not to include those .
