Lobacal: you were calculating your sleep right. I was calculating 1 smile for 8 hours. sorry I confused you. Hope your trip was fun

It seems like everyone is doing well. I have had some turbulance the past few days. I am joining WW tomorrow... I need the stepping on the scale I guess. I really want to get back to taking care of myself.

Anyway, I had a cazy weekend, it was fun. Just lots of company.

I'm wanting to eat just to eat. Grrr..... Some days I'm managing and other days I'm not. I went a while on my diet just fine. Now that I'm "not regular" and the scale is stopping and I'm irritable for multiple reasons I find myself wanting to really really eat. I'm just one toe from being over the line. I guess that's an NSV though.

Yes, this forum is still going...as far as I'm concerned. I am really sorry I haven't been around to check on everyone's progress. I have been really busy with the camping trip and work.
