Default 6 week Sugar free Challenge

Hello I don’t know about you but refined Sugar is my biggest challenge. I have given up a lot in my quest to be thin and healthy now I’m ready to give up refined sugar. yes that’s right. The self proclaimed sugar addicted is going to give it up for six week form tomorrow Tuesday July 25 through September 8th my 35th(gulp) Birthday I will not eat any refined sugar. Who is with me lets say good bye to our vice and say hello to a healthier self.

hello so today is my first day sugar free and it has been a little hard. I visted my mom today and she offered me some cake so I said no but I really wanted to. I have a headach but I'm sure it's not from the sugar withdrawls well not yet.

breakfast vegitarian enchilatia(SP?)
lunch soy oat meal
dinner blennded salad with strawberries, soymilk a banana and 2 cups of romain
salad with vegitarian enchilatia(SP?)

Hey, I'd like to join you in the 6 week (could I make mine 5 weeks since I will be going to Disney World Sept 2?) sugar free challenge. My brother is a body builder and he is always on my case about giving up the evil white stuff. He knows I'm addicted. He's huge on Splenda.

So, here I go...

5 weeks sugar free:
Start date: july 26
Goal date: Aug 29

I've already had yogurt w/sugar this morning, but I'm starting NOW.

Great idea!

hi mellyann welcome 5 week is great Your going to Disney World, how exciting. So you like slenda is it good I've been afraid to try it since I'm alergic to aspertame and sacerane. Today has been a hard day but I have been stronge no sugar. I even got tea with out sugar in it. anyway good luck to you.

breakfast 1/2 ww bagel with pb
lunch grilled cheese sandwich with fries and a iced tea
snack wasabie peas
dinner hmmm my hubby packed my dinner so there is alot to chose form and apple a grape fruit a snack thingy of dried fruit some veggy soup, some oatmeal, and some crakers oh and some bussel sprouts I will never eat all of this but at leat I have it.
