Today's supposed to be a strength-training day, but I woke up sore -- possibly from the ST earlier this week but more likely from sitting through two evening board meetings, two nights in a row. There's still a little time to meet that goal, so I'll put it off until tomorrow.

It rained all day yesterday, but this morning was clear, so I got a good walk in. Tomorrow starts my busy time at work, so I'm not sure if I'll get a walk in or not, but I did get within 5 miles of my goal, at least.
