6 pounds is really a good loss for me at this point. Of course, it was coming off a month that was <1 pound, so really it averages out about right. That's a total of 16.6 pounds in the first 4 months of the year, so over 4 pounds a month, just about a pound a week. My goal is just over 3 pounds a month, so I'm doing all right.
Also, new low today and my first time being under 189, so that was a nice end to the month.
I also have been taking measurements
My current measurements (to the nearest .25 inch) are:
Neck: 13.75 -> 13.75
Bicep: 13 -> 12.75
Forearm: 11 -> 10.5
Chest: 42.25 -> 42
Waist: 37 -> 36.5
Belly/Hips: 44 -> 43.25
Thigh: 25 -> 24.75
Calf: 17 -> 16.5
So I was down a little bit in almost every measurement, which is nice, for a total of about 3" lost this month.
