Good grief, scale went UP this week.
What a downer! I slept well this week. I exercised every time on my schedule. And, I ate LESS than I have been eating since 2018. Sigh.
I will keep on truckin' because I KNOW THE INPUTS ARE SOLID. I am totally p*ssed off at the OUTPUT, though.

That's 4 days in a row in the 180s, so I'm starting to feel like I'm actually in the 180s now. I haven't made a lot of progress in the last couple of weeks, but my average is creeping downward, slowly. I'll take it for now. Slowly is ok with me at this point, as long as it is movement in the right direction.

Oh dear. I really need to lay off the landjaegar sausages this week. Strictly salad today and the next few days to get things moving in the right direction again. My spring/summer dresses are mostly size 10 and that ain't happening until I lose the next 10 pounds. Tonight I'm so excited to view an elliptical trainer, just a cheap entry level model so I can do some high intensity interval training and get this body moving.

First official weigh in (Sundays for me) in the 180s. I've actually spent a large portion of the month between 189 and 190, but this is the first Sunday I've been under and this is the first week my average has been under. I'm losing VERY slowly right now, but I am going the right direction.

Oh dear. It's been a hectic month. I think relying on the convenience of landjaegar sausage during busy office days has given me a less than stellar result in April. Nothing for it. Just going to dust myself off and try again in May. Here's hoping I dip back to 159 tomorrow!!
