November Exercise Challenge
Let's transform November into Movember!
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. My goal for November is 1200 minutes of exercise, including 12 DVD workouts.

My goals are: (i) 1300 min of intentional exercise, (ii) 7 bike rides and (iii) 15 wt training sessions. 01: 60 min (40 min walk/20 wts) 60/1300 and 1/15 wts |
My November goals are 7000 steps/day and 60 minutes cardio/week.
1: 1383 steps I was ill and in bed today so not a great start! |

1: 1383 steps. I was ill and in bed today so not a great start! 2: 4758 steps. I've hurt the top of my left foot. It's happened before but I don't know why. I've been hobbling around on it but I'm not sure how to treat it. |
