November Exercise Challenge
 
Let's transform November into Movember!

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

Still trying to meet a ridiculously easy goal of 600 minutes of intentional exercise. :)

Nov2: 30 min brisk walk
Nov3: 45 easy wak
Nov4: 35 min brisk walk
Nov17: 30 min brisk walk
Nov25: 35 min exercise bike AM

TOTAL MINUTES: 175

My goal for November is 1200 minutes of exercise, including 12 DVD workouts.

Gardenerrjoy: Thanks for this thread and congrats on meeting your October goal.

My goals are: (i) 1300 min of intentional exercise, (ii) 7 bike rides and (iii) 15 wt training sessions.

01: 60 min (40 min walk/20 wts) 60/1300 and 1/15 wts

My November goals are 7000 steps/day and 60 minutes cardio/week.

1: 1383 steps I was ill and in bed today so not a great start!

My November goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise a week. If I do 'daily life' exercise such as leaf raking or snow shoveling :eek: I count it at half time.

My November goals are 7000 steps/day and 60 minutes cardio/week.

1: 1383 steps. I was ill and in bed today so not a great start!
2: 4758 steps. I've hurt the top of my left foot. It's happened before but I don't know why. I've been hobbling around on it but I'm not sure how to treat it.

Nov Exercise Goal
 
For Nov, my goal will be to workout at least 21 days (30 min workouts).

11/3: 45 min zumba

3: 2418 steps. My foot is worse today. I'm RICEing it and taking anti-inflammatories.
