November goal -- 1200 minutes, including 12 DVD workouts

My November goals are 7000 steps/day and 60 minutes cardio/week.
1: 1383 steps. I was ill and in bed today so not a great start! 2: 4758 steps. I've hurt the top of my left foot. It's happened before but I don't know why. I've been hobbling around on it but I'm not sure how to treat it. 3: 2418 steps. My foot is worse today. I'm RICEing it and taking anti-inflammatories. 4: 1854 steps. I can hardly stand on my foot so very few steps. 5: 1675 steps. I'm amazed it's over 1000 to be honest. 6: 3599 steps. Bizarrely, my steps were a little higher because I had to go to the hospital to have my foot x-rayed and walk to and from the department 7: 2779 steps 8: 4014 steps My dad had to go to the hospital so there was a lot of walking. 9: 3998 steps (and somehow 7 active minutes!) 10: 2082 steps 11: 1629 steps 12: 4067 steps 13: 7084 steps (34 minutes) 14: 6082 steps 15: 6750 steps (33 minutes) 16: 3892 steps |
Hi everyone! I am joining in late and for the first time. I am trying to get back into fitness again, after a few months of dealing with work woes and not taking care of myself much. I use Fitness Blender videos and programs, I just haven't stuck with it lately. So my goal is to exercise 5 times per week using those videos (I just started their Strong program) and doing 1 day of stretching or yoga.
