Finally back in the green again at 198.8 today...whew, lol. I didn't get in all my water yesterday, but I was on-plan with everything else. Going to make sure I sweat some more today and focus on the water and see if we can keep it moving down! I want to hit 197 before the 8th, because I set an appointment to get a haircut that day to celebrate how much I've lost so far, and I want to hit that big milestone before I get it done...lol. (Just planning to cut off 6-8 inches, since my hair is long enough to touch the bottom of my butt/top of my thighs right now, but I also want to get bangs of some kind!) Fingers crossed that I can hit that number before then and that the cut turns out okay!

Wow Ophelia that's an amazing goal you're about to reach. How long has it taken you? You'll get there just with the haircut I think lol! Lucky you to be able to grow your hair that long. Mine's really fine and looks rubbish if it's even as long as my shoulders!

yangtzer Sorry Joe, no superbowl here. My daughter asked me why we never watch and I said I don't understand football at all. I can never find the ball. She agreed it's confusing. My son just looked at us like we were sorry individuals, lol! Now hockey..there's a sport I love.
So today, even after working all night, I still weighed the same. I went out to Buffalo Wild wings for my daughter's birthday and spent more calories than I wanted on food that was mediocre but I stayed within my limits. I even worked out when I got home! I haven't had any cake yet but I do have quite a few calories left for that so I will not go over. We'll see what tomorrow brings!

momtopands: Thanks. Glad you're heading downward again. I hear you about the scale not moving for several days. In January I stayed in the same pound range for 2 weeks and it was very frustrating. Stick with it and your persistence will pay off.

ange82much: I started out at the beginning of 2017 at 297, so a little over 13 months! I ended up going off-the-wagon for a couple months after a cross-country move this past June and gaining back almost 30 lbs, so - overall - it took me almost 6 months to get back to where I was back in May. So, I probably would have gotten here sooner, but there's no way to know for sure. Life has a funny way of throwing curveballs and sending you on ups and downs, lol. And, my hair has thinned quite a bit after having my son (which was in 2014, still haven't recovered from that pregnancy hair loss) and now some more with losing weight. So, it's pretty thin and straggly at the ends...I think it will look a lot healthier after a cut. We will see!
momtopands: I'm glad that the treat meal did the trick on breaking that standstill...and, good job staying on plan and exercising, even with the festivities!
wantochange: If it turns out well, I will take a picture...if it doesn't, I will be hiding for a couple weeks, hahah. Nice loss, by the way!

Weigh-in was 198.6 today. I didn't quite hit my water goals yesterday either, but I will do my best to hit them today. We're not really doing anything for SB Sunday today, so it should just be a normal day exercise and food wise. Hope you guys enjoy the rest of your weekend!
