Hello, Iím back and was trying to find old groups. Going through a lot of life changes and looking for the support. I left my husband after 26 yrs together in August. I went to a food addiction counselor so now Iím back putting all the pieces together. I joined a gym in January. Exercise is becoming a habit. So looking to join the March challenges but will finish off February if thatís ok.
