Feb. 07 - 2 hours shoveling = 60 min.weighted cardio, + 15 min. Leslie Sansone weighted walking; 266 min.
Feb. 08 - 2 hours shoveling = 60 min. weighted cardio; 326 min.
So far, the dratted snow has accounted for the majority of my February exercise!
