    Of course, right when I start getting back into the swing of exercising regularly, I get my first TOM since having my son. He's 11 months old today. It is like all of the periods from the last 11 months combined and hit at once. I feel like I've been smashed by a truck! It showed up out of the blue on Monday and kept me wishing for my bed and pain killers for the last few days. Luckily it's almost over and I should be able to exercise today. Yuck.
