Sept3: 60 min swim & water walk AM; 25 min swim PM
Sept5: 60 min swim AM; 45 min swim PM
Sept10: 60 min swim AM; 40 min walk PM
Sept11: 40 min swim AM; 20 min walk mid-day; 25 min bike ride PM
Sept12: 30 min swim PM
Sept15: 20 min walk PM
Sept16: 35 min swim PM
Sept17: 65 min water walk & swim AM; 60 min swim PM
Sept19: 40 min swim PM
Sept22: 60 min swim PM
Sept24: 70 min swim AM; 10 min exercise bike (first time since hip surgery!); 15 more min exercise bike PM
