I know I'm late, but trying to get back on the wagon
9 days exercise. 3 days pilates/stretching. (changed 15 to 9, should be 3 days a week or exercise for the next 3 weeks)
10/14 - walked cross town 1/9
10/15 - p90 sculpt A 2/9
10/19 - dirty 30 from 21 day fix 3/9 and pilates 1/3

I actually walked over 11,000 steps yesterday. We did a practice pack for our trip to Cuba. That failed -- good thing we have a few more days to figure it out. But, I got a lot of steps taken, including 61 floors!
