Yoga/stretches 3x wk, strength 3x wk, cardio 6x wk
First have to finish up my Sept. goal complete week 12
Week 12 - complete
Week 13 - complete
week 14 - complete
whew that was a long week, obviously I have no problem getting in my cardio, sticking with it, which is my goal...
Week 15 -
10/28- cardio, 33 min 7 miles ex. bike, yoga
10/29- strength
10/30- cardio, jog 27
10/31-off
