    So yesterday turned out well after I got on the ball. If it hadn't been for the fact that I kept getting up for other reasons yesterday morning though, I don't know if I could have counted it since I need to stand up "throughout" the day! Luckily, I'm doing much better at noticing the computer prompts this morning, so so far, so good today!

    Goal: Stand up multiple times throughout the day

    8/4: 2.04 miles running, core workout
    8/5: 4 mile bike ride, yoga (it was a very relaxing spinal exercise)
