  • I really have no idea how much bike riding we did this weekend. We didn't take the car anywhere, but rode around the city a LOT exploring. Probably more than I wrote down, just guessing!

    8/2: 5 mile hike
    8/3: 10 mile bike ride
    8/4: 2.04 miles running, core workout
    8/5: 4 mile bike ride, yoga (it was a very relaxing spinal exercise)
    8/6: 2.7 mile HIIT run, 5ish mile bike ride
    8/7: 1.06 mile run, core workout, 5ish miles bike ride
    8/8-8/9: 8 mile backpacking trip!
    8/10: 2 mile bike ride, 1.51 mile run
    8/11: 2.22 mile run, partial core workout
    8/12: 6 mile bike ride
    8/13: 2.76 mile HIIT run, 8 mile bike ride
    8/14:10 miles of bike riding?
    8/15: 15 miles of biking?

    Run total so far: 12.29/30 miles - almost halfway there!

  • 'Ello all you monthly exercise challenge peeps! Man, I have missed this thread. A special hello to Joy who keeps us going each month. I have been a bit busy with trying to find a job lately that I haven't been posting to the forum but that doesn't mean I have fallen off the wagon of my workouts or fitness. I have dropped another 11 pounds for a total of *thinks for a moment* 77 pounds lost since January 2nd. Hoo-Raa!!

    I know it's a little late to join in the challege thread but i know everyone is so nice and will squeeze me in surely. I am sticking to my 6 workouts a week, rain or shine.

    I hope everyone is having a great summer and keep working hard and stick with it!

  • Unfortunately, I am dropping out of this challenge. My message telling me to stand up started interfering with the performance of my computer so I had to delete it. I'll see you on the weight loss thread!
  • Jacqui, surely there's another way? A cell phone or wrist watch? Pick which hours on the hour you plan to stand up?
