since I'm doing the 21 day challange and there is a ton of ab work i'm merging my Cardio or Strengh with Pilates so
24 X (cardio or strength or Pilates) basically working out 6 days a week.
June 2 - 1/20 (CoS)
june 3 - 2/20 (Cos)
June 7 - 3/20 (Cos) 21 day fix total body fix.
June 8 - 4/20 (CoSoP) 21 day fix upper fix
June 9 - 5/20 (CoSoP) 21 day fix lower body fix
June 10 - 6/20 (CosoP) 21 day fix cardio fix
June 11 - 7/20 (coSoP) 21 day fix dirty 30 and 21 day fix pilates
June 13 - 8 /20 (CoSoP) 21 day fix total body fix
June 15 - 9/20 (coSoP) 21 day fix upper body
jUNE 16 - 10/20 - 21 day fix lower body fix
june 17 - 11/20 cardio fix and dirty 30

July goal - complete first 4 weeks of 12 week exercise program.

I modified Bob Greene's 12 week body makeover replacing stretches with yoga and using c25k for some of my cardio, on day 3 today, feeling good about getting back to a healthy routine.

Since I'll be away from home for most of the month, I'll keep it simple and keep doing what I'm doing.
Goal: 3 days of weight training, 3 days of cardio (walk/jog) a week with a rest day on Sunday.
I should throw a comical side goal in there too: Avoid bursting into flames while I walk/jog by getting up as early as possible so as to avoid being outside when it is miserably hot. Lol Kidding...don't put that in there, but know that I am thinking it.
July 1: UBST (upper body strength training)
July 2: 35 mins walk/jog
July 3: LBST & Abs
