I am SO late getting in with the exercise challenge this month. Talk about being busy but the good thing is that I am still working out everyday and losing weight. My goal this month is just to keep doing my 6 day a week workouts. I spoke with my trainer this afternoon and he's increased the intensity of my exercise to hopefully get me off this plateau i've been on for the past month. I've got a big goal i'm shooting for by November and it should help.
