Joy - So awesome you were able to help find that pup! It is an awful feeling to have your dog run away and I am sure they were eternally grateful. Your garden sounds lovely. I'm sticking to a few herbs this year since we anticipate moving. Kind of enjoying not worrying about watering my garden every day.
JenDestiny - So sorry you had such an awful yoga experience

I have never done yoga, but my friend goes to a class that is strictly for beginners who may need assistance. There are a variety of tools they use to help people with all body shapes and abilities get into certain poses (a yoga block I think is one of them?) Keep that in mind if you ever decide to try it again, though I can understand you being put off for a while! I guess not every beginner's class is quite on the same level. What an awful experience that must have been for you *hugs*

Almost halfway! Going camping this weekend. I am going to attempt a trail run at the park Saturday morning while the rest of my group participates in a bike tour (boyfriend is doing 50 miles!) and then there's an after party
