CW: 189.0 GW: 186.0 I've been 190.0-192 ish for awhile, so it is very exciting to see 189! Plus I'm in the 180's now! Hopefully I don't venture back to the 190's much (or at all!). I will also add an official goal for the month to drink at least 60 oz. of water per day. |
